Call for Breakout Session Presenters
Approximately 2000 EAST facilitators and students will have the opportunity to attend hands-on and presentation style training breakout sessions during the EAST Conference. As a registered sponsor or exhibitor, you may submit a proposal for presenting material that you feel would be of benefit to the participants.
Call for Proposals
Presenters must have a relevant and appropriate idea, strategy or project to share with participants. Please email breakout session proposal to events@eastproject.org as soon as possible. We will be accepting proposals through January 6, 2010.
Please include in your proposal:
- Subject Name: Breakout Sessions—Call for Proposals
- Presenter name/s
- Session title
- Summary and outline of your topic
- List of technical needs (projector, speakers, etc.)
- Session format (discussion, lecture, interactive, etc.)
- Time and date preference (Available options are Wednesday, March 3 morning or afternoon, and Thursday, March 4 morning)
