Curfew: There is a curfew of 11pm for all EAST students staying in all hotels. EAST Facilitators may choose to require an earlier curfew of their participants.
The Embassy Suites and Austin Hotel are preferred hotels for the EAST Conference.

Airport Shuttle
The Hot Springs Convention Center will provide shuttles for conference participants needing transportation to and from the Little Rock Airport. Limited seats are available. To reserve your seats, email events@eastproject.org with the subject line “Airport Shuttle” and provide the following information:
- Name
- Cell phone number
- Airline name
- Arrival day, time, and flight number
- Departure day, time and flight number
- Number of seats requested
- Hotel where you are staying
To reserve your seats, this information must be received by Wednesday, January 20, 2010.
